AdminiMe 2010 will monitor your home server in the background and notify you via email if something goes wrong.

A real-time monitoring console allows you to view CPU performance,  memory, network, disks and other statistics such uptime, longest uptime, number of restarts and more.

Shortcuts to tools include Event Viewer, Task Manager, Performance Monitor, Remote Desktop and you also have the option to add your own shortcuts to applications.
