First goto where you manage your services (right click my computer -> manage and then click services in the left window) and find "Windows Firewall / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)" and right click it and click properties. From here click stop and set its startup type to disabled, apply your changes and scroll up the services list and enable "Routing and Remote Access" then close all that. Next goto start -> run and in the box type mmc and you'll get a new window, from there click file -> Add/Remove snap-in, click the add button and find Routing and Remote Access and click add, then click ok. Next right click where it says server status and click Add New Server, makes sure "This Computer" is checked and click ok. A server should show up on the list to the left now, right click and click "Configure and Enable Routing and Remote Access". This should pop up a little wizard, click next and choose Network address translation (NAT) from the list and click next. On the next screen it should list your network adapters at the top, chose the one you use to connect with the internet with here and then uncheck the box that says enable basic firewall at the bottom (probably optionall but I dont like software firewalls). Click next and then check "Enable basic name and address services" here, then click next. Click next on this next screen, then click finish. It should load a bit and you're done, you should be able to connect just like if you were to enable ICS the normal way. Hope this helped! yeah its possible..
